Do I need a big budget to get started? +
Not at all. Our Starter package begins at £500/month management fee, plus a recommended minimum of £500/month in ad spend paid directly to Facebook. So a total investment of around £1,000/month to start — and one new dental implant patient more than covers that.
How quickly will I see results? +
Most practices start seeing enquiries within 7–14 days of launching. The first 30 days are a learning phase where we optimise the campaign. By month 2, results are typically significantly better than month 1.
Do I need to be on social media already? +
You need a Facebook page and ideally an Instagram profile for your practice — but they don't need to be active or have followers. We can help you set these up if needed. The ads run from your page but they don't require existing followers to work.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment? +
No long-term contracts. We work month to month. We're confident enough in our results that we don't need to lock you in. That said, we do recommend committing to at least 60 days to see the full effect of campaign optimisation.
How do I pay you if you're in South Africa? +
You pay in GBP via standard UK bank transfer to our Payoneer GBP account. It's exactly like paying any UK supplier — no international fees or complications on your end.
